Here’s how Crystal Live Stream Purchases work ......

All new customers are required to send a message with your contact details, so I can provide you with an invoice of the items you have purchased. I will hold your items for 5 working days.

Please make contact at end of live show via messenger.

If no contact or payment has been made within this time frame your items will be resold.

Invoices will be sent to you via messenger the following day of the live show.

Payments can be made via online bank deposits, afterpay or layby.com & must be paid in full within 7 days of the live.

Over the counter cash deposits incur a $3 bank fee that will be on charged to the customer, so please consider this.

OLD STYLE LAYBY....

MINIMUM ORDER $200

 A 50% NON-REFUNDABLE deposit will secure your order, with the balance to be paid in full in 14 days OR BY NEGIOTATION

Please make regular payments, if no contact or regular payments made , your items will be returned to stock and your order forfeited.

VERY IMPORTANT.....

Please note, The online payment services cannot be used for old style layby.

Crystal Soul will not tolerate any form of bullying or harsh language on this page, you will be blocked. If you continuously comment sold on items and don’t pay or communicate, you will be blocked from purchasing in the future.

Crystal Soul's Refund Policy

Crystal Soul is not responsible for damage in transit. Crystal Soul will not refund your order if NZ Post has damaged it in transit, however we will support you in your claims with NZ Post. If your product arrives damaged, please contact me directly via Facebook Messenger.

As much as we do all that we can to ensure that your orders are packaged well ready for their trip from us to you, it is an unfortunate consequence of shipping fragile items via courier and road that sometimes breakages can occur.
If you experience this please email / contact us within 3 days of receiving your parcel, with the details of the damage including digital photos. We will then be in touch with you to commence a dispute process with NZ Post. 
We do not offer international shipping at this point in time.

To be eligible for a replacement, you must  provide photos of damaged item and message me through Facebook Messenger. It must also be in the original packaging.

To complete your replacement, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.

Requests for Returns:

Due to the nature of certain items, we do not accept returns for any reason. If for any reason you are not satisfied with your order, please contact us immediately via Facebook Messenger.

We do not process change of mind refunds. Please make sure when you place your order ,you are satisfied with the choices.

In other cases like missing order, please contact NZ Post directly. A tracking number would have been provided to you at time of shipment, please keep this handy as you will need this to track your parcel.

If you are missing any pieces to your order please contact us within 3 business days to report the missing pieces, and we will then process your request. Should we have the item in stock we will ship immediately to you. This process can take up to 14 days depending on availability.

Shipping Policy

Once payment has been made, please send a screenshot so I can get your order packaged and ready to send.

All orders are sent via NZ Post and I post everyday following payment

Shipping Costs are additional, there is an additional $4.30 rural delivery surcharge. Please advise us if your address is Rural. Your parcels will not be able to leave until the correct shipping has been received.

All Parcels are tracked, while every care is taken to package your items carefully I will not take responsibility for damage caused or delays by NZ Post.

All orders are sent in NZ Postbags or larger items sent in a box

A tracking number will be sent once posted

All prices are stated in NZ dollars.

We do not consider natural marks, cracks or scratches to be a fault, rather natural characteristics of something that comes from within the earth and do not issue refunds based on the natural characteristics of a crystal
